The iApply License Subscription is designed to provide full product access to the enterprise without usage constraints.

All plans come with every feature of iApply, and we can deploy your forms to any environment that meets our minimum system requirements including your own on-premise hosting, or our Cloud hosting environments.

Pricing Plans

iApply’s licensing model is a support subscription model. An iApply client needs to select either the bronze, silver or gold subscription plan.

  • DWS owns the iApply software. Our clients have the right to use the software while they have an active subscription.
  • Setup and hosting fees are excluded from the support subscription charges.
  • iApply can be deployed on-premise or externally in a cloud hosting environment.

What is iApply’s licensing model? Who owns the software?

iApply’s licensing model is a subscription based Software as a Service (SaaS) model. DWS owns the iApply software. Our clients have the right to use the software while they have an active subscription.

What’s not included in the iApply Monthly License Subscription?

Initial setup costs, establishment of hosting environments, hosting fees, training and consultancy are not included in iApply Monthly License Subscription. Please contact us to discuss your project requirements and receive an iApply proposal.

Is Transactional Pricing available?

Yes, a transactional iApply license subscription is available, calculated by the number of submitted (completed) forms per month. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

What is iApply’s model of intellectual property ownership?

The client will maintain the right of ownership of all data captured or held by iApply in relation to any activity undertaken by iApply (client data). Further, the client maintains right of ownership of all business process, logic, and representation of icons, logos, formatting of content and other design or presentation elements provided to DWS (client process). DWS will retain right of ownership of iApply including any technical design, solution, executable or program developed (iApply technology). In the case of any overlay of client data or client process with iApply technology, client data and client process will always take precedence over iApply Technology.

What is the minimum term of service?

The minimum term of service is one month. You can choose to renew on a month by month basis or automatically renew until cancellation.
